Collaborated with design teams to prototype and refine 10 core features.

Balancing user needs to reserve on-street parking while preventing spot hoarding and inefficiency by setting trigger logic to allow reservations only near the destination.
Cross-functional Leadership
Improved operational efficiency between design and engineering by 20%.

I led design and engineering teams to align UX with backend navigation and parking availability APIs for real-time rerouting.
I presented product prototypes and pitched value propositions to Department of Transportation at Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) World Congress.
