Street parking in mega cities affects traffic flow, air pollution, and how people experience urban life.
I’m drawn to products that solve real, everyday problems with tangible impact.
The Position
The Technical Product Manager role gave me hands-on experience building a user-facing product from 0 to 1 across the full product lifecycle.
With a background in Engineering and Human-Centered Design, I led cross-functional collaboration across user applications, sensor hardware, and backend systems.

Co-led early brainstorming with the CEO, defining the user journey and creating initial Figma wireframes.
Feature Design
Collaborated with design teams to prototype and refine 10 core features.
Balancing user needs to reserve on-street parking while preventing spot hoarding and inefficiency by setting trigger logic to allow reservations only near the destination.
Cross-functional Leadership
Improved operational efficiency between design and engineering by 20%.
I led design and engineering teams to align UX with backend navigation and parking availability APIs for real-time rerouting.
I presented product prototypes and pitched value propositions to Department of Transportation at Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) World Congress.
